What you'll be doing

- Safely operate MC Road Trains within mine site and haul road environments

- Transport materials efficiently and on schedule

- Conduct thorough pre-start, post-start and shutdown vehicle inspections

- Work closely with clients and represent LMP professionally

- Monitor road conditions, hazards and equipment performance, reporting any issues promptly

- Adhere to fatigue management, site procedures and all relevant safety regulations

- Work collaboratively with the mining team to support production outcomes

What we're looking for

- Current MC licence - with a clean driving record (Mandatory)

- Standard 11 and Coal Board Medical (Mandatory)

- Drive In, Drive Out Only

- Proven experience in transport, logistics or heavy vehicle operations (Mandatory)

- Someone reliable, safety-focused and willing to jump in where needed





- Robust work ethic — not afraid to get your hands dirty

- Good attention to detail and ability to follow processes

- Solid communication skills and a team-first attitude
