Manage the Operations of an A-grade Large Format Portfolio

We are seeking an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a portfolio of large-format retail assets for a key national client. Based at Springvale Homemaker Centre, and supporting sites in Maribyrnong, Taylors Lakes and Bendigo, you'll manage facilities operations and drive operational excellence, compliance and customer satisfaction.

Here's a snapshot of your day;

- Manage the delivery of facilities management services across a portfolio of large-format retail assets, ensuring protected, compliant and efficient operations
- Manage contractor performance, maintenance programs, capital works, and operational budgets to optimise asset performance
- Build strong relationships with the client, tenants and key stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service and timely issue resolution
- Drive compliance across WHS, risk management, essential services, and statutory requirements
- Conduct regular site inspections and collaborate with appropriate and relevant stakeholders to identify and implement operational improvements

Here's what you'll need to be successful;

- Previous Facilities Management experience, ideally within retail or commercial property
- Experience managing service contractors, maintenance programs and building operations
- Strong understanding of compliance, WHS and risk management obligations
- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities across several sites




- A current driver's licence and willingness to travel
