About the role

We are a small metal fabrication shop in Kelmscott focusing on CNC laser cutting and pressing. We are looking for a reliable worker with workshop experience. This is a hands-on, multi-tasking role. You’ll handle various tasks across the shop to keep jobs moving from start to finish.

Responsibilities

- Finishing, cleaning, and prepping metal parts for dispatch.
- Loading/unloading materials and general factory upkeep.
- Forklift operation
- Basic maintenance tasks

Desired Criteria:

- Mechanically minded with a "can-do" attitude
- Physically fit and capable of heavy lifting (25kg+)
- Experience with power tools or hand tools.
- Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn new processes.
- Current C-Class Driver’s License with reliable transport

- Forklift Ticket preferred
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident

What we offer

- Flexibility - We offer a degree of flexibility regarding working hours and shifts for the right candidate
- Pay - $30 - $35 per hour depending on your background.
