The Opportunity!!!

You’ll work across a broad range of family law matters, giving you the opportunity to utilise your existing experience while continuing to build your technical and client management skills.

Your work will include

- Parenting and children's matters
- Complex property and financial settlements
- Separation and divorce
- De facto relationship matters
- Spousal maintenance and child support
- Domestic and family violence matters
- Mediation, negotiation and dispute resolution
- Providing strategic legal advice to clients
- Drafting, file management and court preparation

You’ll be trusted to manage your own matters while having access to support and experienced colleagues when required. Why Consider This Role?

What We're Looking For You'll ideally have:
- 7+ years PAE in family law within private practice
- Strong experience across both parenting and property matters
- Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong drafting and file management abilities
- Confidence running matters independently
- Sound judgement and attention to detail
- An empathetic, practical and solutions-focused approach
- Current Queensland admission
