Settlements Officer

Join one of Australia's leading full-service broking organisations as a Settlements Officer within a high-performing Operations team.
This role is ideal for someone with at least 12 months' experience in Equities Operations who is looking to further develop their career within a well-established and respected financial services business.

Responsibilities:

- Monitor and manage DVP settlement obligations
- Investigate and escalate unmatched trades
- Process and monitor ASX Corporate Actions
- Manage dividend payments and nominee account reconciliations
- Monitor outstanding cash and stock obligations
- Liaise with advisers and third-party clearing and settlement providers
- Ensure compliance with ASX rules, internal controls and procedures
- Support team projects and process improvement initiatives

Experience required:





- Minimum 12 months' experience in Equities Operations, Settlements or Custody
- Strong understanding of the clearing, settlement and custody lifecycle
- Knowledge of CHESS and ASX business rules
- Experience with Corporate Actions processing
- Highly organised with solid attention to detail
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong computer literacy
