The Financial Controller will be responsible for:

- Manage and oversee the organisation's financial reporting processes.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to support business objectives.
- Lead budgeting and forecasting processes for the organisation.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance financial performance.

Profile

A successful Financial Controller should have:

- Chartered Background ideal (Business Services or Audit)
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., CPA, CA).
- Proven ability to manage financial reporting and compliance requirements.
- Experience in developing and implementing financial strategies.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team effectively.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
