NovaCare is seeking an accomplished clinical executive or senior clinical leader to join its Board as a Volunteer Non-Executive Director.

This is an opportunity to apply your leadership experience beyond operational practice and help shape the strategic direction, governance and clinical excellence of a respected organisation supporting older people to live independently in their own homes.

Working alongside an experienced Board, you will provide strategic oversight and independent judgement to support:

- Clinical governance, quality and safety

- Strategic direction and organisational sustainability

- Enterprise risk and regulatory compliance

- Organisational performance and service excellence

- Positive client outcomes and community impact





This is a governance appointment designed for an experienced leader wanting to influence the future of aged and community care.

About You

You are a respected senior clinical leader with significant leadership experience in aged care, community care or the broader health sector.

Essential requirements

- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse (essential)

- Senior leadership experience within aged care, community care or health services

- Demonstrated strategic leadership and governance capability

- Experience in clinical governance, quality and safety

- Solid commercial and financial acumen

- Ability to contribute to Board-level strategy and enterprise decision-making

Previous Board experience is welcomed but not essential.
