Room Leaders and Kindy ECT | Caboolture | Brand New Centre | Full Time

A brand new purpose built early learning centre is opening near Caboolture and we are building a passionate and capable team of educators who are ready to shape the culture, quality and learning environment from the very first day. We are seeking experienced Room Leaders and a confident Kindy ECT who are committed to high quality practice, strong relationships and creating a warm and engaging space for children and families.

This is your chance to join a centre at the beginning and help establish a positive, professional and team-oriented team culture.

Room Leader
you will play a key role in guiding your room, supporting your team and creating a safe, nurturing and inspiring learning workplace for children.

Your Responsibilities
• Lead daily routines, programming and documentation
• Support educators with planning, intentional teaching and reflective practice
• Build strong and positive relationships with families
• Maintain a safe, organised and engaging learning environment
• Contribute to centre wide quality and curriculum decisions
• Model professionalism, communication and teamwork

What We Are Looking For
• A completed Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care
• Strong experience leading a room and supporting a team
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Confidence with EYLF,



NQS and high quality practice
• Full Australian working rights
• A warm, collaborative and professional approach

Kindy ECT
As the Kindy Teacher, you will lead the approved kindergarten program and create a rich, play based learning environment that supports children’s development, independence and school readiness.

Your Responsibilities
• Deliver a high quality kindergarten program aligned with EYLF and QKLG
• Create engaging and meaningful learning experiences for children
• Build strong partnerships with families and support continuity of learning
• Maintain clear and thoughtful documentation and assessments
• Support educators in the Kindy room with pedagogy and curriculum
• Contribute to centre wide quality improvement and professional culture

What We Are Looking For
• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education approved by ACECQA
• Strong experience delivering a Kindy or preschool program
• Excellent communication, planning and leadership skills
• Confidence guiding educators and supporting curriculum decisions
• Full Australian working rights
• A warm, passionate and child focused approach
