Our client is a highly successful private developer with an impressive track record established over the past 30 years and across multiple asset classes. With a strong pipeline of apartment projects, they are seeking a talented Interior Architect to join their in-house design team and focus on concept design.

The Role
Joining a well-established design team, this is a hands-on role where you will contribute across the full project lifecycle—with a strong focus on early brief development and concept design.

Working across a secure pipeline of apartment developments, you will be responsible for developing project briefs, defining scope, and delivering high-quality, detailed interior design outcomes. You will play a key role in developing the design vision, ensuring all selections align with design intent, budget, and program.

Working within a fully integrated property group, you will collaborate closely with internal design, development, and construction teams, as well as manage and coordinate external consultants.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead project brief development and concept design
- Research, select, and specify FF&E;, ensuring alignment with project objectives




- Maintain relationships with suppliers
- Coordinate with external consultants and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery
- Support design quality through solid attention to detail and technical resolution

What We’re Looking For:

- Tertiary qualifications in Interior Architecture, Architecture, or Architectural Technology
- Minimum of 6 years’ professional experience
- Proven experience in the front-end of Interior Design, ideally on residential projects
- Passionate about design, creative thinking and innovate design
- Strong appreciation for project budgets and program.
