We are currently seeking an experienced Site Manager for an exciting opportunity with a specialist modular construction business.

This is an excellent prospect for a commercial Site Manager who is available.

The Role:
Based at a Melbourne manufacturing facility, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day to day site operations and ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to program.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Safety and site compliance
- Subcontractor coordination and management
- Programming and sequencing of works
- Daily site operations and coordination
- Ensuring works are delivered to the required quality and program

The role generally runs from approximately 6:45/7:00am through to 3:30/4:00pm.

What You’ll Bring
We’re looking for a Site Manager with a strong commercial construction background, ideally from a Tier 1, 2 or 3 builder.
You’ll ideally have:

- Proven experience managing commercial construction projects




- Strong subcontractor and trade coordination skills
- A solid understanding of safety and site compliance
- Experience managing programming and project sequencing
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- The ability to take ownership and drive site operations
