We’re looking for a creative, organised and fashion-focused intern to join the RŌ Archives team in the lead-up to and during ADL Fashion Week.
This is a hands-on opportunity to gain experience across fashion, social media, marketing, events, PR, content creation and e-commerce, working closely with the team during one of the busiest and most exciting periods of the South Australian fashion calendar.
The role will suit someone who is hardworking, motivated and eager to learn and grow within the fashion industry. You are passionate about fashion, have a strong eye for visual content and are interested in gaining hands-on experience and learning how a fashion business operates behind the scenes.

Internship Details
Duration: 6 weeks
Start Date: Flexible
Days: 1–2 days per week
Hours: 6-12 per week adaptable with the right candidate
Work Arrangement: Hybrid — a combination of remote and in-person work
Locations: Croydon Park Studio, Adelaide CBD & Remote WFH
What you’ll be involved in
- Assisting with social media planning, content curation and scheduling across Instagram and TikTok
- Creating and capturing behind-the-scenes content, including photography and video
- Assisting with content planning, mood boards, campaign concepts and creative research
- Supporting email marketing and EDM campaigns with Klaviyo
- Researching and assisting with influencer, stylist, media and industry outreach
- Helping with event planning, guest lists, RSVPs and event communications
- Assisting with event setup, styling and on-the-day event production
- Supporting the team during Fashion Week
- Assisting with PR and sample coordination
- Learning the basics of a Shopify website, including product listings, imagery and product information
- Conducting fashion, competitor and trend research
- Helping with general day-to-day marketing and creative tasks as required
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Passionate about fashion and the creative industry
- Interested in social media, content, marketing and events
- Creative with a strong visual eye
- Organised, proactive and reliable
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicating with people and building relationships
- Able to take initiative and work independently
- Familiar with Instagram and TikTok
- A basic understanding of Canva, Shopify or email marketing platforms is a bonus, but not essential
Most importantly, we’re looking for someone who is keen to learn, gets excited by fashion and is willing to get involved wherever needed.
Learn from the Founder
As part of the internship, you’ll have the opportunity to work closely with RŌ Archives founder Jess Baldno, who has close to 15 years of experience working across social media, digital marketing and content.
You’ll gain insight into the strategy and creative thinking behind building a fashion brand, while learning through hands-on experience across social media, marketing, content, events and e-commerce.
