Female Disability Support Worker – Hoist Trained | High-Complexity Care

Location: Craigieburn, VIC

Pay: AU$39.80 per hour

Shifts: Flexible roster across a 24-hour support team

We are seeking a compassionate, reliable, and experienced Female Disability Support Worker to join a 24-hour support team in Craigieburn.

The successful applicant will support a participant with high-complexity care needs, including personal care, daily living activities, and hoist transfers.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide personal care and support with daily self-care routines
- Assist with safe manual handling and hoist transfers
- Support daily living activities and established routines
- Follow the participant’s individual support and care plans
- Maintain accurate progress notes and required documentation
- Respect and promote the participant’s dignity, privacy, independence, choice, and control
- Work closely with other Support Workers and the wider care team

Essential Requirements

- Female Support Worker
- Previous experience supporting participants with high-complexity care needs
- Hoist trained and confident with manual handling
- Experience providing personal care




- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working with Children Check, where applicable
- Current First Aid and CPR
- Valid ABN required
- Current Australian driver’s licence required
- Reliable vehicle required
- Reliable, skilled, and comfortable working within a 24-hour support team

You understand the importance of privacy, dignity, safety, participant choice, and following individual support plans.
