Summary:

We are seeking a qualified Field Technician Mechanical Plumber to join our team in Dandenong South, Victoria. This permanent, full-time role is essential for ensuring the efficient installation and repair of plumbing systems within the HVAC industry. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality service to our clients, contributing to the overall success of our projects.

Responsibilities:

- Commission and install current air conditioning systems across residential and light commercial projects.
- Support the training, mentoring, and development of apprentices.
- Demonstrate strong technical knowledge of residential and commercial air conditioning installations.
- Communicate effectively with customers and collaborate with other trades to deliver high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to a positive work environment.




- Operate independently with minimal supervision while maintaining a strong team-focused approach.
- Display a high level of reliability, professionalism, and punctuality.
- Maintain a positive attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Be flexible and willing to work overtime when operational requirements demand.

Qualifications:

- Qualified Mechanical plumber with relevant certifications.
- Proven experience in mechanical plumbing within the HVAC industry.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various job sites.
