Role Description
We are looking for a strategic, analytical, and commercially minded skilled to support finance and general management functions across the organization. The role combines financial planning and analysis, operational management, performance monitoring, budgeting, and business decision-making to support sustainable growth and effective organizational performance.
Key responsibilities include supporting financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, cost management, and performance analysis. The role will also involve monitoring business operations, reviewing financial and operational KPIs, identifying risks and improvement opportunities, and providing data-driven insights to support management decisions.
The successful candidate will coordinate with finance, operations, sales, procurement, and other departments to ensure effective resource allocation and smooth business operations. The role also involves preparing management reports and presentations, supporting strategic initiatives, improving internal processes, and ensuring that financial and operational activities remain aligned with organizational objectives and policies.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of finance, accounting, business management, budgeting, and operational management .
- Knowledge of financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, cost control,
and financial reporting.
- Ability to analyze financial and operational data and translate findings into practical business insights.
- Strong understanding of business KPIs, performance management, profitability, cash flow, and resource allocation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for financial analysis, reporting, and management presentations.
- Familiarity with ERP, accounting, financial planning, or business management systems is preferred.
- Strong analytical, strategic-thinking, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional activities and work effectively with different departments.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Good understanding of internal controls, risk management, compliance, and business processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Commercially aware and capable of balancing financial considerations with broader business objectives.
- Proactive, adaptable, and results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on efficiency, profitability, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
