About the Company:

With a mandate to add a robust framework to all planning aspects, we have been tasked with finding a energetic Finance Business Partner who pulls together the monthly reports and educates/ influences key decision makers.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Finance Business Partner with drive & direction, to support the internal operational stakeholders of this diverse division. Working within the finance team but supporting non finance stakeholders, you will be sharp, outgoing, focused on future uplift.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee preparation of business unit reporting;
- Ongoing analysis of BU’s financial performance, including tracking to budget and prior year;
- Partner with the operations team and provide value-adding, data-driven insights on operating performance and potential savings or other business improvements;
- Work closely with managers to analyse, understand and explain monthly financial results and assist with their reporting;




- Review workpapers, journals and reports prepared by accounting team members;

About You: You will be a CPA/ CA qualified, ideally with experience in complex reporting environments, strong decision-making skills, good range of technical capability around budgeting, analysis and reporting, nature ability to connect with stakeholders and influence decision making.
