- maintain robust financial controls and accurate project reporting
- challenge forecast assumptions and identify risks and opportunities
- support month-end processes, audits and governance reviews
- identify opportunities to protect margin and improve cash generation
- develop the capability and effectiveness of the project finance team.
About You You are a commercially focused finance leader who understands the financial drivers of complex construction and infrastructure projects. You enjoy working close to project delivery, building strong relationships with operational and commercial teams, and turning financial information into practical advice and action.
You Will Bring
- significant finance experience within construction, infrastructure or another project-based environment
- strong project budgeting, forecasting and financial reporting capability
- a sound understanding of project controls and contract financial management
- demonstrated commercial judgement and business-partnering experience
- experience influencing project, operational and commercial stakeholders
- strong financial governance, compliance and risk-management capability
- advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills
- a bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce or Business.
