Key responsibilities

- Acting as the primary day-to-day contact for a portfolio of clients, delivering a high level of service and support.
- Preparing and reviewing advice documentation across superannuation, investments, retirement planning and personal insurance.
- Supporting Advisers with strategy development, research and client meeting preparation.
- Attending client meetings and assisting with the delivery and implementation of advice recommendations.
- Working closely with the wider team to ensure a seamless, compliant and efficient advice process.

Required experience:
- Experience in an Associate Adviser,



Paraplanner or Client Services role within financial planning.
- Sound technical knowledge across core financial planning strategies.
- Experience with financial planning software and strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Progress towards, or readiness to commence, the Professional Year.
- Excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail and a genuine commitment to client care.
