Finishing Foreman – Class 2 Residential | 6-Month Contract Cronulla, Sydney NSW

6-Month Contract | Immediate Start

We are seeking an experienced Finishing Foreman to join our site team on a Class 2 residential unit development in Cronulla.

This is a hands-on role suited to an experienced Foreman who can confidently manage finishing trades, drive programme, coordinate subcontractors and deliver a high-quality project through to completion and handover.

The Role

- Manage and coordinate finishing trades and subcontractors
- Drive construction progress and maintain programme
- Coordinate defects, rectification and final completion
- Ensure quality standards are maintained across the project
- Manage day-to-day site activities and trade sequencing
- Liaise with subcontractors, consultants and the project management team
- Maintain a safe, clean and well-organised site
- Assist with final inspections and handover

About You To be successful, you will have:
- Proven experience as a Foreman, preferably on Class 2 apartment/unit projects




- Strong knowledge of residential construction and finishing stages
- Excellent trade coordination and site management skills
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Ability to lead subcontractors and keep the project moving
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills
- White Card and relevant construction experience
