We are keen on:

- Where you've worked

- What you personally designed, built, tested, debugged and released.

We are looking for things like:

- Firmware design and development for commercial electronic products.
- Firmware architecture, control logic, diagnostics, fault handling and event logging.
- Low-level drivers, state machines, scheduling and timing-critical routines.
- Hardware/firmware integration with microcontrollers, peripherals, sensors and electronic assemblies.
- Board bring-up, debugging, validation, production support and field issue investigation.
- Reusable firmware modules and shared platform capability across product families.
- Transparent documentation of design decisions, interfaces, constraints and test outcomes.
- Working closely with hardware, power electronics, lifecycle,



quality and production teams.

Factors of consideration:

- You can explain your firmware design activities, not only your development tasks.
- You have worked close to hardware.
- You can describe products or systems you have supported through test, release or production.
- You understand how firmware behaviour affects the real product.
- You can talk clearly about trade-offs, bugs, constraints, fixes and design decisions.

Relevant backgrounds may include industrial controllers, motor drives, HVAC/R controls, pump/fan/compressor controls, power conversion, UPS, EV charging, protection products, instrumentation, production-test systems or other embedded hardware products. Those backgrounds are not essential.
