Workfast is looking for an experienced Forklift Operator to join our client’s team, a leading provider of 3PL warehousing and distribution services in Sydney.

Pay rate: $41.61 per hour + OT penalties + super

Hours: Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM – 9:00 PM (Full-time hours, Ongoing)

Location: Moorebank NSW

Candidates must have a strong work ethic, high safety standards, and proven experience safely operating forklifts in a quick-paced warehouse environment—specifically with demonstrated experience in linehaul loading and unloading. This role requires an ongoing commitment, strong reliability, and a hands-on approach to stock movement, high-reach staging, and supporting the broader on-site team across the afternoon shift.

What you need

- Forklift License (required).
- Proven linehaul loading and unloading experience (loading trailers, restraining loads, and optimizing space safely).
- Demonstrated experience operating Counterbalance and/or High Reach forklifts in a busy 3PL environment.
- Physical capability to assist with manual handling and general warehousing tasks when required.
- Must be willing to undergo a National Police Check.
- Strong reliability, punctuality, and a proactive work ethic.




- Good communication skills and a team-player attitude.
- Valid Photo ID and full right to work in Australia.

What you will be doing

- Safely operating forklifts (Counterbalance / High Reach) to perform linehaul loading, unloading, stacking, and moving of stock/freight.
- Efficiently loading and unloading linehaul trucks and trailers while adhering to load weight distribution and restraint guidelines.
- Staging, put-away, and retrieving pallets from high-rack storage.
- Accurately picking bulk goods and preparing palletised orders for despatch.
- Assisting the warehousing team with manual handling and general warehouse duties as needed.
- Keeping work areas, loading docks, and aisles clean, transparent, and safe.
- Coordinating with shift supervisors to execute daily targets efficiently.
- Complying with site WHS policies and forklift safety guidelines at all times.
