Role Description This is a full time, remote Fresher Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) role at 5C.

The Data

Analyst will assist in collecting, cleaning, and organizing datasets related to AI infrastructure and data center operations. Day-to-day responsibilities include running basic analyses, preparing reports and dashboards, and translating data findings into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to support decision-making, monitoring key performance indicators, and documenting data processes. The analyst will also learn and apply data modeling and statistical techniques under the guidance of senior team members.

Qualifications

- Strong Analytical Skills and foundational Data Analytics abilities to interpret and summarize data.




- Basic understanding of Statistics and Data Modeling to support quantitative analysis and reporting.
- Effective Communication skills to present findings clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with spreadsheets, data visualization tools, or introductory business intelligence platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate within distributed teams.
- Curiosity to learn about AI infrastructure, cloud technologies, and data center operations; prior internship or academic project experience in data analysis is an advantage.
