Role Description This is a full-time, remote Fresher Data Analyst (Entry / Junior Level) role at 5C.

The Data

Analyst will support data-driven decision-making by collecting, cleaning, and organizing data from various internal and external sources. Day-to-day tasks include performing basic data analysis, creating reports and dashboards, and assisting in the development of simple data models to support business and technical teams. The role involves interpreting trends, preparing visual summaries for stakeholders, and documenting methods and findings clearly. The analyst will collaborate with cross-functional teams, follow established processes, and continuously learn current tools and techniques relevant to data analytics and AI infrastructure.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills and a foundational understanding of Data Analytics.
- Candidates should possess basic knowledge of Statistics for interpreting data trends and patterns.




- Candidates should possess introductory experience with Data Modeling concepts and structured data organization.
- Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for presenting findings and collaborating with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess proficiency with common data tools (e.g., Excel, Google Sheets; familiarity with SQL or Python is an advantage).
- Candidates should possess a relevant educational background, such as a degree or coursework in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Candidates should possess a willingness to learn, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Interest in AI, cloud infrastructure, or high-performance computing environments is beneficial.
