We are looking for a friendly and motivated Front of House team member to join our hospitality team. You will be the face of our venue, delivering exceptional customer service and creating a warm, welcoming experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet and seat guests in a timely and skilled manner

- Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

- Deliver food and drinks to tables and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their visit

- Maintain a clean and well-presented dining area

- Process payments and handle the POS system

- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service

- Assist with opening and closing duties

What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in a front of house or hospitality role (preferred but not essential)

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, can-do attitude with a strong work ethic

- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and public holidays

- RSA certification (or willingness to obtain)

Pay: $27.00 – $35.00 per hour
