Redcape Hospitality is looking for a casual Gaming Attendant to join the team at Eden Brewhouse in Redbank Plains.

This role offers 20+ hours per week, with the opportunity to pick up additional hours based on performance and venue needs.

You may already have gaming experience, or you might come from a pub, bar, restaurant or other customer-facing environment and be ready to expand your skills.

You’ll work across the gaming floor and gaming-room bar, looking after customers, serving drinks and helping keep the room running smoothly. We’ll support you as you build your gaming knowledge and confidence.

What you’ll be doing

- Provide fast, friendly service across the gaming floor and gaming-room bar
- Prepare and serve drinks while following RSA requirements
- Follow responsible gaming and harm-minimisation requirements
- Build rapport with regulars while staying attentive to the wider room
- Handle cash and follow the venue’s cash-control procedures
- Keep the bar and gaming floor clean, stocked and welcoming

What we’re looking for

- Hospitality or customer-service experience, ideally in a pub, bar or similar venue




- Confidence serving customers and working behind a bar
- Gaming experience is preferred but not essential
- The ability to stay organised and attentive while managing competing priorities
- A willingness to learn gaming operations, compliance requirements and venue procedures
- Current Queensland RSA and RSG and full availability across weekdays, nights, weekends and public holidays

Pay: $34.96 – $48.95 per hour
