We are seeking a psychologist who brings sound clinical judgement, warmth, integrity and a genuine commitment to professional growth. You will provide person-centred, evidence-informed psychological care while contributing to a collegial practice that values reflection, feedback, reliable systems and high standards of care.

What you’ll do

- Assess, formulate and provide psychological treatment within your competence and approved scope of practice.
- Use client goals, feedback, relevant evidence and appropriate outcome measures to guide treatment.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical records and clear communication with referrers and other care providers.
- Seek consultation early when work is complex, uncertain, stalled or outside your scope.
- Participate in peer consultation, supervision and continuous professional development.
- Contribute constructively to improving clinical and operational systems across the practice.

What you can expect

- Meaningful clinical autonomy within clear professional standards and escalation pathways.
- High-quality supervision and consultation.
- A collegial team that values learning, openness and shared clinical thinking.

- Administrative support and well-designed systems intended to protect clinician time.
- Sustainable clinical expectations and respect for the boundaries required to do excellent work over time.
- A psychologically safe workplace where questions, uncertainty, respectful disagreement and feedback are welcome.
- Opportunities to contribute to clinical quality, service development and the future growth of the practice.
- Versatile working arrangements, including the option to work from the practice, remotely where clinically appropriate, or a combination of both.

What you’ll bring

- Current general registration as a psychologist with AHPRA.
- Clinical Psychology endorsement is welcomed but not essential.
- Strong capability in psychological assessment, formulation, intervention and risk management with adult clients.
- Sound professional judgement, integrity and reliable follow-through.
- Warmth and professionalism in relationships with clients, colleagues and referrers.
- A collegial approach to consultation, supervision and feedback.
- A commitment to ongoing learning and reflective practice.
- Confidence using secure digital practice systems while maintaining appropriate privacy and professional judgement.

- Australian working rights and eligibility to obtain relevant Medicare provider numbers where required.
- Appointments are subject to verification of relevant qualifications, AHPRA registration, working rights, professional indemnity arrangements, references and any other requirements applicable to the position.

Remuneration

$105,000–$130,000 + superannuation, FTE equivalent, with remuneration determined according to registration or endorsement, relevant experience, demonstrated capability and the scope of the role.

Part-time arrangements are available, with days and hours negotiable.
