We are currently seeking reliable and hardworking General Hands / Pick Packers to join our client's busy warehouse operation in Erskine Park.

Our client is a renowned Australian retailer, recognised and respected across the country. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a modern, well-organised warehouse with excellent facilities and off street parking.

About the Role

As a General Hand / Pick Packer, your duties may include:

- Unpacking newly arrived stock
- General warehouse duties
- Manual handling duties and moving stock
- Loading and unloading goods as required
- Maintaining a clean and organised work area
- Following workplace procedures and instructions
- Working safely and efficiently as part of a team

What We're Looking For The successful candidates will have:

- Previous warehouse, pick packing or general hands experience is advantageous
- Physically fit and capable of manual handling




- Good verbal and written communication skills (reading labels & instructions)
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- A great attitude and willingness to work
- Strong self-drive and a reliable work ethic
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to follow directions and procedures
- Excellent attendance and reliability
- Ability to attend work Monday to Friday in line with rostered shifts
- A strong commitment to workplace health and safety — a safe work attitude is a MUST
