Are you looking for a hands-on role where you can stay active, learn current skills and be part of a supportive manufacturing team? CMTP is a leading Australian manufacturer of timber packaging and pallets, supporting some of Australia’s biggest industries. We’re looking for a reliable Production Worker to join our team at Clontarf.

The Role

This is a practical, hands-on position working across general assembly and machine operation within our production facility.

Your day-to-day will include:

- General assembly of timber products using power tools
- Operating timber production machinery
- Measuring, cutting and preparing materials
- Checking finished products for quality
- Manual handling and keeping your work area clean and safe
- Working closely with your team to meet daily production targets

About You You don’t need to come from a timber background. We’re looking for someone with the right attitude who enjoys practical work.

You’ll ideally have

- A willingness to learn and achieve daily team goals
- Reliability and safety are important to you
- Experience in semi-automated manufacturing machines a bonus
- Confidence using hand and power tools a bonus
