About the role
Support effective governance and make a meaningful contribution at John Curtin Aged Care. You will work closely with senior leaders and Board members, supporting the coordination, quality, and flow of information that underpins effective decision-making across the organisation. This is an excellent opportunity to build your experience in governance, compliance, Board support, and executive administration within the aged care sector.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including agendas, papers and minutes
- Prepare, collate and quality-assure Board and Committee materials
- Maintain governance documentation, records and registers
- Liaise with Board members, senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Track actions and ensure governance processes and timelines are met
- Support governance reporting, compliance activities and continuous improvement
- Handle sensitive and confidential information with a high level of discretion
About you
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
- A clear and confident communicator
- Proactive, curious and willing to learn
- Able to exercise sound judgement and take ownership of their work
- Professional and comfortable working with confidential information
- Previous experience in governance, Board support, aged care, health, not-for-profit,
or corporate administration will be highly regarded; however we are open to candidates with transferable skills and a strong willingness to learn

Located in the heart of Creswick, our 65-bed facility includes the Peacock Wing, a specialised 18-bed Memory Care Unit supporting residents living with dementia with dignity, respect, and understanding.
