Role Description The Graduate Engineer will be responsible for designing and delivering civil infrastructure projects. Day-to-day tasks include preparing design drawings and reports, performing site assessments, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams, and supporting project planning and scheduling. The role involves ensuring compliance with relevant standards, managing stormwater and drainage solutions, and providing technical input throughout the project lifecycle.
The Graduate
Engineer will also contribute to stakeholder communication, assist with cost estimates, and support project documentation and quality assurance. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Sydney, NSW.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Civil Engineering Design and Civil Engineering, with experience delivering infrastructure projects.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team of Civil Engineers, supporting team-oriented project delivery.
- Experience with Planning activities, including project scoping, scheduling, and coordination with stakeholders.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management principles and practices, including drainage design and regulatory compliance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proficiency with relevant design and modeling software (e.g., 12D, AutoCAD, Civil 3D or similar tools).
- Understanding of local Australian standards, codes, and regulations for civil infrastructure.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with attention to detail and safety.
