We are open to considering either a Graduate or Project-level Hydrogeologist, with responsibilities and expectations aligned to the successful candidate’s experience, capability and development stage.

Graduate Hydrogeologist: Suitable for a recent graduate or early-career skilled with 0-2 years’ relevant experience in hydrogeology, geology, environmental science, water resources or a related field.

Project Hydrogeologist: Suitable for candidates with approximately 2–5 years’ relevant experience in hydrogeology, environmental consulting, groundwater assessment, field investigations and technical reporting.

About You

- Tertiary qualifications in hydrogeology, geology, environmental science, earth sciences, water resources, or a related discipline.
- A genuine interest in hydrogeology, groundwater assessment, environmental consulting and sustainable water management.
- Willingness to undertake regular fieldwork, including travel and extended swings to remote mine sites across Australia, and comfortable working in a mix of office and field environments.
- Foundational knowledge of geology, groundwater systems, field investigations, monitoring, data analysis and technical reporting.
- An interest in, or exposure to, groundwater sampling, bore logging, aquifer testing, environmental site assessments or water resource projects would be highly regarded.
- Exposure to hydrogeological, geological or spatial software packages would be beneficial, but is not essential.
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills and willingness to learn in a project-focused environment.
- Good organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities with appropriate support and guidance.
- Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach to working with project teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to adapt, ask questions,



take feedback and contribute positively within a team environment.
- Full legal working rights within Australia and a current C Class driver’s licence.

About the Role

We are seeking a talented Graduate or Project Hydrogeologist to support groundwater assessments, field investigations, data interpretation and technical reporting across diverse environmental and water projects. Based in our Adelaide office, you’ll work closely with experienced hydrogeologists and project teams to continue developing your technical skills, contribute to high-quality project delivery and build your career in hydrogeology and environmental consulting. This role offers a balance of office-based technical work and hands-on field experience, including groundwater monitoring, sampling, drilling support and aquifer testing programs.

The successful candidate must be willing to travel and work extended swings at remote mine sites across Australia as required to support project delivery.
