About The Role We're looking for a talented mid-weight Graphic Designer to join our Marketing team and help create impactful, high-quality creative across a wide range of channels. Working alongside our Design Lead, you'll take projects from brief through to final delivery, producing everything from campaign assets and brochures to presentations, digital advertising, social content and sales materials. You'll play an important role in maintaining and evolving our brand, while helping to build the templates, systems and asset libraries that enable scalable, efficient design across the business.
This role is perfect for someone who loves great design craft, thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing creative thinking with high-volume production. No two weeks will look the same, and you'll have the opportunity to make a visible impact across the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating high-quality digital and print assets across a variety of marketing channels.
- Producing campaign collateral, social media assets, presentations, brochures and sales materials.
- Adapting creative concepts across multiple formats while maintaining brand consistency.
- Building and maintaining templates, asset libraries and design systems.
- Collaborating with marketing stakeholders to deliver effective visual communication solutions.
- Managing multiple projects and priorities while delivering high-quality work on time.
- Identifying opportunities to improve design workflows, processes and efficiencies.
- Contributing ideas that help communicate complex information in simple, engaging ways
About You You're a designer who takes pride in producing beautiful, purposeful work that balances creativity with functionality. You enjoy working as part of a collaborative team, have a keen eye for detail and love bringing ideas to life across both digital and print environments.
You'll Bring
- Experience in graphic design, visual communication or a similar role.
- A strong portfolio showcasing both digital and print design work.
- Advanced skills in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
- Strong experience using Figma and confidence working with Canva.
- Excellent typography, layout and visual storytelling skills.
- Experience working within established brand guidelines and design systems.
- The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to feedback.
- High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality work.
- A curious mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation and emerging technology.
