A leading Financial Services organisation is seeking a Reporting Manager , Superannuation, APRA & Data Transitions to join their Investment Platform Operations team. This is a confidential search for a data and reporting-focused leader, someone who lives in large data sets, reporting governance and regulatory frameworks.

What you'll be doing:

- Owning end-to-end APRA reporting obligations, ensuring alignment between reporting outputs and underlying member, investment and tax data
- Leading data transition and migration activity across platform and custody operations, validating that historical data migrates correctly
- Maintaining robust reconciliation frameworks and strong governance/control environments across reporting datasets
- Leading and developing a small team
- Acting as escalation point for complex reporting, technical and data-related matters




- Providing regular high-quality reporting, insights and recommendations to senior leadership
- Some oversight of superannuation and IDPS tax statement production

What you'll bring:

- Superannuation experience is highly desirable — Financial Services background within super strongly preferred
- Proven experience working with large, complex data sets
- Experience leading data transitions/migrations across platforms
- Strong understanding of APRA reporting and the broader regulatory setting
- People leadership experience; either previous formal experience or informal coaching with appetite and capability to step up
- Exposure to super/tax reporting is a plus but not essential — this is a data and regulatory reporting role first
