About the Role:
Talent Web is proud to exclusively partner with a well-known private school based in the Inner West, who are looking for a Facilities Coordinator to join the team.
The role is working alongside a fantastic team, reporting directly to the Facilities Manager. The role will be supporting all Facilities activities across the school, including minor projects, planned and preventative maintenance, contractor management and all Hard & Soft service FM.

Responsibilities:

- Support the Facilities Management function in the day-to-day operations of the campus.
- Coordinate and supervise maintenance, repairs, and service contractors across all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire, lifts).
- Assist in managing relationships and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Ensure compliance with WHS standards,



building regulations, and sustainability initiatives
- Support with budgeting, reporting, and procurement processes.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in either schools, campus environment or commercial assets as a Facilities Coordinator.
- Valuable understanding of building operations and essential services
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
