The Fresh Collective is currently seeking passionate Casual Barista All-rounders to join their team at the Gallery Cafe at The Art Gallery of NSW's. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are enthusiastic about coffee and have a strong desire to provide exceptional service in a dynamic environment.

About the role

- Make coffees with strong latte art
- Take orders and enter in POS
- Provide a high-quality service to guests
- Work as an integral part of the team
- 20 to 25 hrs/week across Monday to Sunday
- Day shifts only except for Wednesdays when the gallery closes at 8pm
- Essential: Be available on Wednesday evenings and weekends.
- Hourly rate: Mon-Fri at $33.85 | Sat at $40.62| Sun at $47.39 per hour plus super

About You

- Ideally 6 months+ Barista experience in a fast-paced setting, smaller cafe environment or kiosk
- Knowledge and passion in making all types of espresso coffee
- Ability to dial in grinders, maintain consistency during a busy burst.
- Able to handle a variety of hands-on tasks: coffee, food service, cashier
- Able to work both independently and within a team




- Well presented with a great work ethic and a positive attitude
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
- Hold valid NSW RSA
- Valid full working rights in Australia
