This is a hands-on role for an experienced property lawyer who enjoys building strong client relationships and taking ownership of transactions from start to finish.

What you’ll work on
You’ll be involved in a broad range of commercial property matters, including:

- Property acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial leasing
- Property development matters
- Due diligence and transactional work
- Subdivisions and related property matters
- General commercial property advice

Skills & experience
You will be an experienced commercial property lawyer, ideally with 5+ years PAE,



gained within a well-regarded property or real estate practice.

You’ll bring:

- Solid experience across commercial property transactions
- Exposure to acquisitions, disposals, leasing and development matters
- Strong drafting and technical skills
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- The ability to manage matters and competing deadlines autonomously
- A commercial, team-oriented and proactive approach
- An interest in mentoring and supporting junior team members
