About the Role:
As a Team Leader, you will empower and guide a dedicated team, fostering a supportive and high-performing setting. Your leadership will drive excellence in service delivery, ensuring workers receive the tailored support they need for a smooth, timely, and sustainable return to work.
You’ll also:
- Provide leadership, mentoring, and strategic guidance to a team of rehabilitation professionals
- Develop personalised rehabilitation plans supporting a whole-of-person approach to recovery
- Complete a range of assessments, including Functional Capacity Evaluations, Workplace Assessments, and Vocational Assessments
- Identify innovative return-to-work pathways aligned with recovery milestones
- Apply clinical expertise and problem-solving to achieve sustainable return-to-work outcomes
- Work closely with stakeholders, including clients, families, insurers, employers, and other healthcare professionals
- Present case information and provide credible recommendations to drive best-practice rehabilitation outcomes

What You’ll Need:
- Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Physiotherapy, Exercise Physiology, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling
- Full registration with AHPRA, ASORC, or ESSA (SIRA essential)
- Previous leadership experience in occupational rehabilitation or related fields
- Full Australian working rights
- Current driver's license & comprehensively insured vehicle
