THE ROLE
You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of approximately 100 properties, predominantly located across the Western Suburbs.

- No Routine Inspections
- No PCR's
- Minimal Final Bond Inspections
- Minimal Leasing

This means you can actually focus on managing your portfolio, building relationships and delivering great service rather than spending your days on the road.

ABOUT YOU

We’re looking for an experienced Property Manager who knows their stuff and takes genuine pride in delivering an exceptional client experience.
You’ll have:

- Minimum of 5 years experience as an end to end Property Manager.
- Current WA Property Management Registration and CPD points.
- Exceptional communication and people skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Excellent attention to detail and organisation.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
- A strong work ethic and commitment to going the extra mile.
- Confidence working autonomously.
- Excellent computer skills and a tech-savvy mindset.
- The ability to build genuine, long-term relationships with owners and tenants.
