About the Role
In this full-time position (open to part-time based on exp.) you'll handle a mix of complex and rewarding family law matters, delivering strategic legal advice and expert representation to a diverse client base.

With the support of a dedicated team and access to best-in-class resources, you'll play a key role in achieving the best possible outcomes for your clients while building lasting professional relationships.

What You'll Be Doing

- Advising clients on a wide range of family law issues including parenting arrangements, separation, property settlements, and domestic violence
- High-quality legal documentation, including affidavits, financial agreements, and consent orders
- Representing clients confidently in court, mediations, and negotiations




- Working closely with the legal team to deliver cohesive and effective legal strategies
- Managing your caseload autonomously while contributing to a high-performing team
- Mentor and coach junior lawyers

What We're Looking For

- Admitted solicitor in Queensland with 5+ years post-admission experience in family law
- Strong understanding of family law legislation, court procedures, and legal precedent
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to develop rapport and trust with clients
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex matters and juggle competing priorities
- A proactive mindset and collaborative working style
- Valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle for court appearances as required
