Leasing Consultant | Brunswick Office | Up to $80,000 + Super
Join a National Real Estate Agency in Brunswick, in a role where you stand to be a key part of the existing residential leasing team, with a market-leading salary and team on offer!
Work for an established (around 10 years operating) National Real Estate Agency with offices / operations in now at least 5 states across Australia & a team of now 25-30 or so people.
Working Hours: Flexible & Independent role, with the option to work Monday to Friday with occasional / rostered Saturday, or potentially work Monday to Thursday with Friday off and then work every Saturday, as a 5 day week!
ROLE DUTIES:
- This role is expected to predominantly focus on the leasing process, which may include open for inspections, applications, picking up keys from builders, attending the property to handle keys, etc
- You may also be expected to use the 360 camera for the rental ad, go through defect list and then prepare photographer to get property online
- Expect to use PropertyMe Software

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WOULD LIKELY HAVE:
- Agents Representative Certificate (VIC) for Real Estate
- Valid VIC Drivers Licence & your own reliable car to use in the role
- Solid english communication skills
- A polite, professional and enthusiastic attitude
- Prior experience in residential leasing or property management
