Our client is a growing, internationally recognised aviation business providing airborne aviation and geophysical exploration services to the global mining and exploration industry. We are looking for an experienced Stores Controller to join the team in Perth and play a key role in supporting aircraft maintenance and special projects

Key responsibilities

- Build and issue parts and kits for engineering teams
- Manage purchasing through Aerotrack and ensure parts arrive on time and to specification
- Track and expedite orders and provide regular updates
- Inspect incoming and outgoing parts for quality, accuracy and correct documentation
- Ensure materials meet aviation certification and compliance requirements
- Liaise with suppliers to resolve issues efficiently
- Coordinate domestic and international freight
- Maintain accurate, audit-ready records
- Follow established maintenance and quality procedures
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team





Requirements

- Minimum 2 years' experience in a stores or inventory workplace
- Experience within General Aviation will be highly regarded
- Experience with Aerotrack MRO or similar maintenance software is advantageous
- Strong computer literacy and numerical accuracy
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly around documentation and compliance
- Strong communication skills
- Organised, self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- A proactive, team-focused approach
