We have a rare opportunity for a Group HSEQ Systems and Assurance Manager to join our growing ASX-listed company. This is a critical role managing our HSEQ framework and management systems, and the compliance and assurance programs across the Group. You will also manage our continuous improvement activities, data analysis and reporting, as well as legal compliance and risk registers.

About the role

Key responsibilities will include

- Leading the Corporate Support HSEQ Team and providing expert guidance and support across the business.
- Driving the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of the HSEQ strategy, framework, policies, standards, and systems.
- Overseeing HSEQ governance, compliance, risk management, and legal obligations, and ensuring alignment with organisational and operational requirements.
- Managing certification, accreditation, and audit programs, including ISO standards, OFSC accreditation, internal audits, and external regulatory reviews.
- Leading HSEQ systems and process improvement initiatives, including management systems and supporting technologies.
- Monitoring, analysing, and reporting HSEQ performance, trends, audit outcomes, and compliance metrics to the Board, Executive, and Business Unit stakeholders.
- Engaging with regulators, certification bodies, clients, subcontractors,



and industry stakeholders to maintain compliance and best practice standards.
- Supporting incident management, contractor management programs (CM3, Avetta), tender submissions, and the continuous improvement of HSEQ outcomes across the organisation.

About you

You are a specialist in HSEQ frameworks and management systems, with highly developed data and analytical skills. You have solid people engagement skills and ability to work with all levels across a complex organisation.

Our ideal candidate may have:

- Significant experience HSE leadership experience HSE Auditing and Systems Management.
- Demonstrated understanding of business issues and challenges in implementing HSEQ systems and programs.
- Ability to research, plan, recommend solutions and provide advice to the business on continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to develop user-friendly reports, tools and processes and advanced computing skills; Microsoft project, advanced Word, Excel, PowerPoint as well as knowledge of AI and Analytics.
- Working knowledge of Legislation, Standards and Codes and ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and AS 4801 standards.
- Appropriate HSEQ Auditor qualifications and/ or experience with HSE audit & assurance.
