Required Technical Skill Set - Hansen 7.5 version - Functional

Desired Competencies (Technical/Behavioral Competency)

Must-Have :-

- Expertise in Infor Hansen Functional Consultant
- Application Implementation, Upgrade, Support & Development Experience
- Knowledge in all the ERP Modules
- Experience in support work workplace based on SLAs, AMS projects
- Flexible to work during weekend based on business requirements
- Should have experience in Finance or Non-Finance

Good-to-Have :-

- Experience in Supply points, Service orders, Route

Management, NSLP, UMS, Asset Management, Address Maintenance,

Embedded Network, Web Portal, Readings, Basic Meter Readings, Interval

Readings

- Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills.
- Should be able to work on documentation like Business Requirement, test

Case preparation, Business process





- Basic Project Management skills like knowledge of Effort Estimation,

Tasks Scheduling, Weekly Status Reporting, Driving Meetings.

- Infor OS working experience

SN Responsibility of / Expectations from the Role :-

1 Expertise in Billing Meter to Cash and Finance Modules

2 Experience in Support, AMS, implementation, Upgrade and Support

3 Good documentation skills in Requirements Gathering, Preparing Functional Specs

4 Ability to work independently with little guidance and inputs.

5 Coordination with Project Manager, Delivery Manager on reporting weekly status.

6 Excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills in English.
