Head Barista | Full-Time | Cedar Street Cafe

Cedar Street Cafe is seeking an experienced, high-energy Head Barista to lead our coffee team and drive exceptional specialty coffee service.

The Role:

- Oversee daily espresso operations, dial-in consistency, and high-volume workflow with speed and precision.
- Manage coffee inventory, bean ordering, supplier relationships, and routine machine maintenance.
- Mentor and train junior baristas on espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art standards.
- Maintain strict quality control, workstation cleanliness, and seamless morning peak service.

What We’re Looking For:

- 2+ years of senior barista or Head Barista experience in high-volume venues.
- Advanced grinder calibration, extraction profiling, and equipment troubleshooting skills.
- Strong leadership, clear communication, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
- Full availability for early morning shifts, including weekends.
