NAB is seeking an experienced risk, fraud and governance leader to lead the development and oversight of our enterprise-wide fraud governance framework.

- Lead NAB’s enterprise-wide fraud governance strategy and help shape how we manage emerging fraud risks.
- Influence senior stakeholders and drive meaningful change across risk, operations, technology, compliance and broader business units.

You’llmake An Impact Each Day By

- Lead the planning and coordination of key enterprise fraud forums and outcomes, shaping agendas, papers, and decision pathways that support effective governance and strategic outcomes.
- Drive the enterprise fraud governance rhythm, ensuring seamless management of meeting packs, minutes, action registers, key dependencies, decisions, and escalations.
- Monitor and enhance governance effectiveness through meaningful performance metrics, including decision quality, action delivery, stakeholder engagement, and overall outcomes.
- Deliver actionable insights and recommendations to the Executive, Fraud Governance, identifying opportunities to strengthen governance practices and drive continuous improvement.

What You'll Bring

- Significant senior-level experience in governance, risk, compliance, legal, operational,



or professional services environments.
- Demonstrated success leading enterprise-wide forums, strategic programs, portfolios, or complex cross-functional initiatives.
- Proven ability to deliver complex regulatory, risk, governance, or remediation programs within large and dynamic organisations.
- Solid executive stakeholder management skills, with experience influencing decision-making and leading teams through complexity, ambiguity, and change.
- Exceptional communication, facilitation, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
