Perth

Company Description Patrys Limited, based in Perth, Australia and listed on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX: PAB), is a clinical-stage biotechnology company pursuing a dual-platform development strategy.

This company is a specialised therapeutics business focused on unlocking the latent value of known compounds through reformulation and repurposing. Rather than de novo drug discovery, the company's model depends on rigorous, systematic identification of assets where a differentiated formulation, novel indication, or new patient population can generate a compelling commercial and clinical return.

Role Description The Head of Pipeline Strategy & Opportunity Assessment is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Perth Area, responsible for shaping and optimizing Patrys’ development pipeline across deoxymab and CNS programs. This role leads portfolio strategy, assessing scientific, clinical, regulatory, and commercial opportunities to prioritize assets and indications that align with the company’s goals and risk profile. The Head of Pipeline Strategy & Opportunity Assessment is a senior, cross-functional role responsible for scanning the early-stage IP landscape and building a prioritised pipeline of reformulation and repurposing candidates.

This role sits at the intersection of science, strategy, and commercialisation — translating fragmented signals from the research and IP environment into a coherent, investment-ready asset pipeline.

The role oversees market and competitive intelligence, supports partnership evaluations, and prepares strategic recommendations and presentations for executive leadership and the Board.

The individual will also help refine long-term growth plans, ensuring that Patrys’ pipeline remains balanced, value-driven, and responsive to emerging data and market dynamics.
