Head of Product

Sydney CBD | Hybrid

This is an opportunity to lead Product for a mature enterprise SaaS platform used by some of Australia's leading insurers.

Working directly with the CEO, you'll take ownership of the product roadmap and play a key role in shaping the future direction of the platform. You'll translate strategy into execution, balancing customer needs with long-term product thinking while partnering closely with Engineering, Delivery and Commercial teams.

This is a strategic leadership role for someone who enjoys building platforms that scale, rather than delivering one-off customer solutions.

The Opportunity

- Own and execute the product roadmap for a complex enterprise SaaS platform.
- Translate business strategy into clear product priorities and platform capabilities.
- Partner with Engineering to shape platform architecture and ensure current capabilities are scalable and reusable.
- Balance customer requirements with long-term product strategy and commercial objectives.
- Align Product, Engineering, Delivery and Commercial teams around a shared roadmap.
- Influence executive decision making and play a key role in the future direction of the platform.





About You You'll have experience leading Product within a B2B SaaS or enterprise software environment and be comfortable working across both commercial and technical stakeholders.

You'll bring

- Experience owning product strategy and roadmaps for complex software platforms.
- A strong understanding of enterprise SaaS and scalable platform design.
- The ability to work closely with Engineering on technical product decisions.
- Strong commercial judgement and the confidence to prioritise long-term product outcomes.
- Experience influencing executives and leading cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to simplify complex product decisions.
- Proven experience in moving away from customer led SaaS > revenue led, focusing on the platform with a long term scale view in mind.
