We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Helpdesk Analyst to join our IT support team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting technical issues, assisting users, and ensuring smooth day-to-day IT operations.

? Key Responsibilities

• Provide first-line technical support to employees and users.

• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and system issues.

• Respond to helpdesk tickets, emails, and support requests promptly.

• Install, configure, and maintain computers, applications, and peripherals.

• Assist with user account creation, password resets, and access management.

• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft Office, printers, and common business applications.

• Escalate complex technical issues to senior IT teams when necessary.

• Maintain accurate records of incidents, resolutions, and IT assets.

• Support onboarding and offboarding processes for employees.

• Follow IT security, compliance, and support procedures.

? Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science,



or a related field.

• Basic knowledge of Windows operating systems, networking, and troubleshooting.

• Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Active Directory, or ticketing systems is an advantage.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Customer-focused attitude with robust attention to detail.

• Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge are welcome to apply.
