The Role
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Horticulture Supervisor to assist in day-to-day citrus orchard operations. This role includes citrus picking, pruning, thinning, equipment operation, and the supervision of seasonal workers during harvest periods.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Hands-on picking and pruning of citrus trees
- Operating and maintaining irrigation and farm machinery
- Monitoring orchard health and reporting pest or disease issues
- Supervising and training seasonal farm workers
- Following WHS standards and farm compliance procedures
What You’ll Bring
- Minimum 4 years of supervisor’s experience in horticultural essential
- Proven skills in citrus handling and orchard operations
- Good physical fitness and ability to work outdoors year-round
- Bilingual communication skills (English + second language) are an advantage
- Basic machinery experience (tractors, sprayers, irrigation systems) is desirable
- Must have a current driver's license and reliable transport
