Role Description The HR Analyst role is a part-time, remote position responsible for supporting human resources decision-making through data analysis and process improvement. Day-to-day tasks include collecting and analyzing HR data related to workforce metrics, compensation, benefits, and employee engagement, and preparing clear reports and dashboards for leadership. The HR Analyst will help review HR policies and procedures, identify trends and risks, and recommend improvements to support compliance and organizational goals.

This role will also assist with personnel and advantages-related documentation, contribute to HR projects, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure accurate, timely information that supports strategic planning.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with the ability to interpret and apply HR practices in a data-driven context.
- Knowledge of HR Policies and Employee Benefits,



including experience reviewing and supporting policy implementation and benefits administration.
- Experience in Personnel Management, such as maintaining employee records, supporting onboarding processes, or assisting with performance and engagement initiatives.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, HRIS platforms, or similar systems), with attention to accuracy and detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present complex information in a clear, concise manner.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with employment regulations and best practices in inclusive, non-discriminatory HR processes is highly beneficial.
