Role Description The HR Analyst role at Work Is Life PH is a part-time, remote position focused on supporting data-driven HR decisions and improving the employee experience within the community and internal team. Day-to-day tasks include collecting, organizing, and analyzing HR-related data, such as engagement metrics, feedback, and HRIS records, to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. The HR Analyst will support HR management activities, including benefits administration coordination, process optimization, and reporting on key HR indicators.

This role will collaborate with stakeholders to design and refine HR policies, tools, and programs aligned with the organization’s mission of promoting healthier work cultures. The HR Analyst will prepare clear reports and recommendations, ensure data accuracy, and contribute to initiatives that enhance transparency and well-being in the workplace.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management, with experience supporting HR operations or programs.
- Advanced Analytical Skills, including the ability to interpret data, identify trends,



and present actionable insights.
- Experience with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) and comfort working with digital HR tools and databases.
- Knowledge of Benefits Administration and familiarity with policies, processes, and employee queries related to benefits.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex information clearly and accessibly.
- High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote, part time setup.
- Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and demonstrate empathy and respect for diverse employee experiences.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or a related field, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Prior experience in data analysis, HR reporting, or people analytics is an advantage.
- Familiarity with Philippine workplace culture and labor context is highly beneficial.
